lib64asan3-dbg-powerpc-cross software package provides AddressSanitizer -- a fast memory error detector (64bit debug symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lib64asan3-dbg-powerpc-cross
lib64asan3-dbg-powerpc-cross is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lib64asan3-dbg-powerpc-cross package were installed using the commands given below,
